Consumer Rights Group, Inc. began in August of 2006. The concept behind Consumer Rights Group, Inc. is to maintain a place where people can find information about creditor harassment laws, bankruptcy laws, and if they so choose, contact a local consumer law attorney.

The unfortunate truth about having debt is that it can be very embarrassing part of life. People often don’t know who to turn to when faced with the stress of insurmountable debt and/or aggressive bill collectors. The “debt industry” has its share of predators looking to help themselves more so than provide honest answers. Consumer Rights Group, Inc. through its website www.ConsumerRightsGroup.com hopes to create a place where people can learn about creditor harassment and bankruptcy laws without the risk of being “sold something they don’t need.”

Consumer Rights Group does not sell or lease any of the contact information provided by those persons who submit questionnaire inquiries.

Consumer Rights Group, Inc. is a for-profit corporation organized under the laws of the State of Florida. Consumer Rights Group, Inc. is not affiliated with any governmental agency, not-for-profit organization, or charity.

Consumer Rights Group, Inc. independently confirms that its Member Attorneys are in good standing with their respective Bar Association or other governing authority upon initiation of the Member Attorney. Thereafter, Consumer Rights Group, Inc. requires that all of its Member Attorneys advise it immediately if they fall out of good standing with their respective Bar Association or other governing authority. Consumer Rights Group, Inc. does not allow attorneys who are not in good standing with their local bar association or other governing authority to become or remain active Member Attorneys.
